Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed as promptly as possible. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

MHP LLC is not responsible for delays resulting from shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

7. Returns and Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MHP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
